What is Intercession?
Intercession means to take on the burden of someone else, and then carry that burden to the Lord in prayer on their behalf. In this hour, it is crucial that the Body of Christ begin to fervently pray for those whom the Lord has called to serve publicly. One need only to watch the evening news to find that the need is tremendous. Those in various facets of ministry are falling to temptation on every hand; others face crushing difficulties and simply walk away from their callings due to sheer exhaustion. This is the time to pray. This is the time to stand up and stand in the gap.
50 Weeks of Intercession will take you through this servant's journey of intercession for men and women in ministry, and will openly and honestly expose the struggles and challenges while "walking in their shoes", as well as victories experienced along the way that year.
